We want to provide you with the personal attention that your special day deserves therefore we work by appointment only. We want to work around your busy schedule and provide appointments to meet your needs during the day, evening and weekends. We would love to meet with every client in person but we know due to busy schedules and distance that this is not always possible. So, we will work with you via the phone, fax or email to discuss everything. So please contact us to get started. Selection of Invitation or Announcement Please browse our collections to see if you see something that catches your eye. If not, please let us know because we have several vendors that are not listed and hundreds of invitations that are not sampled. I know that we will have something for you. Just let us do the work. We will discuss your options and assist you in finding the perfect invitation or announcement for your special moment. We will work within your price range and help you design a unique invitation by picking a font and ink color selection that compliments your invitation and event. We will assist you with wording and proper etiquette. We do also offer custom addressing to complete your invitation ensemble. Proofs We do highly recommend getting a proof. This is typically sent through a black and white PDF email attachment or a fax. A proof is your insurance against any human errors prior to printing. Most of our vendors have a turnaround time of 24-48 hours from the placement of an order. A proof will ensure correct spelling and proper layout. We suggest showing your proof to several people so that you have several eyes looking at it so that nothing is overlooked. There is a nominal fee for a proof but trust us, it is worth it. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Pay Pal. You do not need a Pay Pal Account to pay with your major credit card. We will send you an invoice with the option to pay via pay pal. Payment is required in full prior to placement of your order. Shipping You can have your items shipped directly to you or you can pick
them up in our studio. |
